Since 1999, Anxiety Canada has empowered parents, educators, and mental health professionals with free, evidence-based resources, helping millions navigate anxiety and related disorders. Unfortunately, due to a lack of sustainable funding, we must close our doors.
Though this announcement is difficult, we are incredibly proud of the legacy we leave behind. From the MindShift Program to the #OurAnxietyStories podcast, we empowered people to take control of their anxiety and feel less alone. Millions of people visited our website each year to access tools, including our educator toolkits, self-help PDFs, and My Anxiety Plan (MAP).
While MAP online courses will be leaving our website and must be completed by April 28, we remain proud of the impact they’ve made.

To our supporters, thank you for being part of our community. We hope you’ll continue championing accessible care and supporting organizations carrying this mission forward.
