Everyday Anxiety Strategies for Educators (EASE)
PLEASE NOTE: Our anticipated launch date of October 19, 2018 has been postponed in order to have additional time to incorporate valuable educator feedback. New information regarding workshop availability will be posted here soon. Thank you for your patience!
We are proud that Everyday Anxiety Strategies for Educators (EASE) will be coming soon to B.C. schools!
EASE is a collection of evidence-informed, curriculum aligned, anxiety prevention strategies for use with students in grades K-7. B.C. teachers, school counsellors and other educators who participate in a one day, interactive workshop receive EASE classroom resources at no cost.
EASE was developed through a partnership between the Ministry of Children and Family Development and Anxiety Canada (formerly AnxietyBC). It aligns with the B.C. Government’s cross-ministry commitment to support effective school mental health practices.
